Our process is designed with your convenience and care in mind. From initial consultation to ongoing treatment, we ensure that everything is handled with expertise and compassion.


Referral Submission

Your healthcare provider, such as a hospital, home health agency, or physician, can send us a referral form through our website or by fax. Alternatively, you can contact us.


Schedule Your Evaluation

After your healthcare provider sends us a referral, our team will reach out to you to schedule an in-home evaluation.


Personalized Care Begins

Following the evaluation, we will create a customized care plan and begin treatment in the comfort of your home, providing ongoing support and education.

Founded in 2022 by Randi Jones, a nurse practitioner, and Kari Harman, a registered nurse, HealWell combines extensive clinical expertise with a compassionate approach to care. Their shared vision was to create a service that prioritizes healing and accessibility, focusing on providing effective wound care for individuals who are unable to travel for treatment.
